Public Notice of PUD Board of Commissioner Special Meeting and Executive Session on 3rd of February 2017

The PUD Board of Commissioners will be conducting a special meeting on the 3th of February 2017 starting at 11 :00 am at the PUD Admin office at 230 Chimacum Road, Port Hadlock WA 98368. The purpose of this special meeting is to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency.

The special meeting will include an executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110. The meeting will begin at 11 :00 am.
