Commissioners Approve 2021 Strategic Plan

After months of meetings and discussions on the part of PUD staff and commissioners, the PUD has adopted a new Strategic Plan revising the organizations mission, vision, and values, as well as setting new objectives and goals. The process was facilitated by Kirk Gibson, a Portland-based attorney who previously advised and represented the PUD in its purchase of the electric grid from Puget Sound Energy. According to GM Kevin Streett, PUD department heads will take the goals and objectives to their teams to develop a workplan in early 2022.
