Updating your account information is not only easy, it’s essential! Ensuring your contact phone number is connected to your service address makes it easier for our staff to reach out in the case of an emergency or with specific questions.

We offer several ways to update your contact and account information.

Update via SmartHub

Instantly update your account by logging on to your SmartHub portal.

  1. Click the SmartHub login button on the jeffpud.org main page and enter your email and password information.
  2. On your SmartHub portal main page, go up to the My Profile tab and click My Information.
  3. Here you can update much of your account information. Select the Contact Info tab and choose the correct service address from the drop-down. At the bottom of the page, verify or update the phone number(s) connected to the service address.
  4. Click Save and confirm the information.

Call or Stop By

Account updates can be made over the phone by calling (360) 385-5800 during business hours. Please note: PUD customer service representatives will conduct security screening questions prior to any account updates.

Our customer service lobby at 310 Four Corners Rd is open Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm to help you with any questions regarding your account. Please note: Personal identification verification is required prior to any account updates.

Update Via Email

Customers may request contact updates via email. The email must be the registered email associated with the service. PUD staff may require additional verification information.
