Special Meeting of the BOC: RESP Loan Program, Communications
Jefferson County PUD's Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting to review and discuss the RESP loan program and Communications at 10am on Tuesday, November 30th, 2021. Per the Governor’s Extended Proclamation 20-28 and in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Jefferson County PUD is no longer providing an in-person room for meetings of the BOC. Special Meeting of the BOC: Executive Sessions
The Jefferson County PUD's Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting then dismiss into two Executive Sessions: per RCW 42.30.110 (ii) concerning "litigation that the agency reasonably believes may be commenced by or against the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity" and per RCW 42.30.110 (1) (g), to evaluate and review the performance of public employee.
