Special Meeting of the BOC: Executive Sessions

The Jefferson County PUD’s Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting then dismiss into two Executive Sessions: per RCW 42.30.110 (ii) concerning “litigation that the agency reasonably believes may be commenced by or against the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity” and per RCW 42.30.110 (1) (g), to evaluate and review the performance of public employee. The meeting begins at 4pm and will be held remotely via Zoom.

Per the Governor’s Extended Proclamation 20-28 and in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Jefferson County PUD is no longer providing an in-person room for meetings of the BOC. All meetings will be held remotely via ZOOM until otherwise informed by the Governor.
