Please see the table below for the application you will need for service from Jefferson PUD.  Right click and save the applications and documents required for your service type. Then follow the instructions and send the application either by mail (310 Four Corners Road, Port Townsend, WA, 98368), fax 360.385-8373. New Electric (Owner) Application, electric service worksheet, credit check, $20 fee, meter installation fee.
New Water (Owner) Application, water service worksheet, water use questionnaire, credit check, $20 fee, meter installation fee
