Small Works Roster with Jefferson PUD
Jefferson County PUD maintains a Small Works Roster for various projects up to $250,000.
Please note: Jefferson County PUD is transitioning our Small Public Works Roster and Consultant Roster to the MRSC Rosters service, effective November 3, 2025.
To be eligible to work on projects using a roster contracting process, contractors and consultants are required to register for FREE at the MRSC link below.
Once registered, select Jefferson County PUD No. 1 as an awarding agency. If you are already a member of MRSC Rosters, simply select Jefferson County PUD No. 1 in your account.

Jefferson County PUD’s small works roster is in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and pursuant to the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 39.04.155, which municipalities or special purpose districts may utilize for public works projects in their jurisdiction.
The Small Works Roster shall include contractors who are registered or licensed for general and/or specialty contract work. Small Works categories may be selected by registering with MRSC Roster.
The applicant is hereby notified that all Washington State laws regarding prevailing wages and non-discrimination are applicable to ALL small works roster contract activities. All work is subject to Washington State Prevailing Wage.

Contractor Pre-Qualification with Jefferson PUD
Time to apply or renew for the District’s 2026 High-Voltage Pre-qualification Roster. Applications are processed in November–December. See below for application link.
Contractors wishing to make an application to the Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County for designation as a pre-qualified bidder for the construction or improvement of any electrical facility as defined by RCW 54.04.080 and required by RCW 54.04.085, shall complete the following application and submit all the information requested.
This includes fiber work, tree trimming and removal (near and around electric utilities at voltages above seven-hundred-fifty (750) volts), and pole testing and treat.
Please note: This is a separate roster from the Small Works Roster which can be registered for through MRSC Roster.
