Special Meeting of BOC – Executive Session per RCW 42.30.110(1)(iii)

Jefferson County PUD’s Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting – Executive Session per RCW 42.30.110(1)(iii) beginning at 3:00pm on August 19, 2025. RCW 42.30.110(1)(iii) covers litigation or legal risks of a proposed action or current practice that the agency has identified when public discussion of the litigation or legal risks is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency.

With the adoption by the Washington State Legislature of ESHB 1329, providing for both virtual and in-person meetings to be held, JPUD will be offering both virtual on-line meetings via Zoom, as well as in-person for each meeting, unless advance notice is provided. In person attendance will be limited to provide sufficient space and masking is encouraged.
