Home Energy Auditor Training
Jefferson PUD is hosting a no-cost Building Performance Institute (BPI) energy auditor training for contractors working in east Jefferson County, in partnership with Washington’s Department of Commerce. The training covers building science fundamentals directly applicable to existing homes — and opens the door to a growing stack of incentive programs your customers can access. This is a BPI Building Analyst Certification program.

Eligibility & Registration
Participants must serve east Jefferson County and apply to join the Washington State Commerce Qualified Contractor Network (QCN) prior to or alongside training. Need to register? Jefferson PUD staff can walk you through the easy registration process.
Registration is first come, first served. If demand exceeds capacity, priority will be given to one participant per firm. Class size limited to 8.
Training hosted at Jefferson PUD’s headquarters location at 310 Four Corners Road in Port Townsend.
Final testing includes an online exam and in-field exam.
