Joseph Wilson, General Manager
Joseph Wilson began as Jefferson PUD’s General Manager in August of 2025 and brings more than 30 years of utility experience to the role. Wilson served as Deputy General Manager of Power Delivery at Tacoma Power. Wilson obtained his B.S in electrical engineering from the University of Washington and maintains his Professional Engineer (PE) license and has also worked at Seattle City Light and Eugene Water & Electric Board in engineering roles. His roles at Peninsula Light Company and Tacoma Power were in engineering management roles where he led the System Operations, System Planning and Construction & Maintenance teams.
