Washer-Dryer Rebate Forms

Have you purchased a qualifying Energy Star washer and dryer and wish to apply for a rebate?

Qualifying appliances purchased after August 1st by an income-qualified household may receive up to an $800 rebate per appliance ($1,600 total per household).

Complete each for and it can either be submitted to: energysupport@evergreen.energy or a paper copy can be submitted to our customer service team at 310 Four Corners Rd, Port Townsend.

Please note: The purchase receipt or invoice, including the appliance make and model number is required for each appliance purchased.
