The PUD's Customer Service Lobby will begin reopening to the public at 9am on Monday, August 15th, 2022. The PUD's customer service lobby at 310 Four Corners Rd has been closed since 2019, first for remodeling and expansion, and then for concerns about the transmission of Covid-19. The lobby will remain open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4:30pm.

On Monday November 25th the PUD will host a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on the remodel and expansion of the PUD's Customer Service and Operations Center. PUD Commisioners and General Manager Kevin Streett will be on hand to speak and perform the ceremonial dig.
