Preparedness Day – All County Picnic

June 28 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

June 28, 2025 | 9 AM – 4 PM | Finnriver Farm & Cidery

Jefferson PUD will have a booth on site for the event and we look forward to seeing everyone there!

Preparedness Day combines the popular traditions of the All County Picnic and Field Day into a deep dive on Emergency Preparedness and one EPIC community celebration! This year’s event will take place on June 28th from 9AM – 4PM at Finnriver Farm and Cidery. This free, family-friendly event is designed to help individuals, families, businesses and neighborhoods strengthen their emergency preparedness through engaging activities, hands-on training, and expert-led discussions. Living in a rural community on the Cascadia Fault, surrounded by water and with one road on and off the Peninsula, we are called to invest into our individual and community wide preparedness efforts.

Resilience Starts with Community
Emergency preparedness is more than just individual survival—it’s about fostering strong community connections. Preparedness Day brings together local emergency services, educators, and non-profits to provide valuable resources and training to help Jefferson County residents become more self-sufficient and ready for any crisis. In addition to meaningful networking, skill building and education, Preparedness Day brings laughter, joy and playfulness with a Kids Obstacle Course, FREE Strawberry Shortcake and series of Resilience Games!
