Small Works Roster

Jefferson County PUD maintains a Small Works Roster for various projects up to $350,000.

This is in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and pursuant to the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 39.04.155, which municipalities or special purpose districts may utilize for public works projects in their jurisdiction.

The Small Works Roster shall include contractors who are registered or licensed for general and/or specialty contract work. Small Works categories may be selected by completing the Small Works Roster Application linked below.

The applicant is hereby notified that all Washington State laws regarding prevailing wages and non-discrimination are applicable to ALL small works roster contract activities. All work is subject to Washington State Prevailing Wage. Download the WA State Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages form.
