      • Resolution of the Board of Commissioners accepting a constructed water main extension to the Quimper-Glen Cove South Water System as a gift and contribution in aid of construction from the Developer and an agreement for the District to commence operation and management of the facilities.
      • A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners adopting the Budget for the Calendar Year 2008.
      • A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners ordering the transfer of an assessment on the Assessment Roll of Local Utility District No. 5.
      • A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners adopting a rate change for District water and sewer systems and modifying prior resolutions and preceding motions that have set specific rate structures for other fees for individual water and/or sewer systems.
