SUMMARY:BOC Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The PUD #1 Board of Commissioners regularly meet at 5pm on the first and third Tuesday of each month and hold a budget hearing the first Monday in October. One regular board meeting is held in December on the second Tuesday. \n\nMeet the Board of Commissioners.\nAgenda and Board Packet \nPast Meeting Recordings and Documents\n\nPer Governor’s Proclamation 20-28\, and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic\, Jefferson County PUD will no longer be providing an in-person room for meetings of the BOC. All meetings will only be accessible remotely via Webex until further update by Governor Order.\nInstructions for joining a remote meeting:\nWebex is relatively easy to use\, but may take a couple of sessions to get the hang of. If you need help joining the meetings or going over the features\, please email PUD Communications Manager Will O’Donnell to set up a test meeting.  \nONLINE: Go to https://jeffpud.my.webex.com/meet/JPUD  follow the instructions to login and join. Meetings will open for remote logins 5 minutes before they begin. \nPHONE: Call: (408) 418-9388.   Enter Access Code: 628 345 788 #.  Hit # again when prompted for an additional id number. \nNOTE: All participant audio will be muted upon entry to the meeting. Participants will need to unmute in order to speak during public comment. Take a few seconds to familiarize yourself with the mute button on Webex or on your phone. \nCOMBO METHOD: Webex also provides attendees a way to view the meeting online but use your mobile or desk phone as the audio connection. Click on “Connect Using Computer Audio.” Select “CALL ME” from the drop down option. Enter your phone number and Webex will call you to connect. (note: on mobile phones it may be routed to voicemail as an unknown number depending on your privacy settings- you may have to adjust your settings to accept the call). PUD staff recommends this combination for attendees with slow internet upload speeds. \nCOMMENTS AND QUESTIONS: Due to the limitations of time and technology\, members of the public who would like to submit comment or ask questions are encouraged to submit them in writing via email prior to the meeting.
