SUMMARY:Special Meeting of the BOC
DESCRIPTION:The PUD Board of Commissioners will hold a Special meeting\, on December 18\, 2020 from 9:00am-11:00am to discuss approval of two Resolutions. There will be discussion on the property purchase from Jefferson County at 310 Four Corners Road\, and discussion regarding the joint building of Jeffcom\, EOC. Then the BOC will dismiss into Executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1)(g)\, an evaluation and review of the performance of a public employee. Action may be taken at this meeting. \nNOTE: Per Governor’s Proclamation 20-28\, and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic\, Jefferson County PUD will no longer be providing an in-person room for meetings of the BOC. All meetings will only be accessible remotely via WEBEX until we have further information on anymore extensions\, by Governor Order. \nGo to jeffpud.my.webex.com/meet/JPUD and follow the instructions to join the meeting online.
