SUMMARY:Special Meeting of the BOC: Shine Plat LUD No. 17
DESCRIPTION:The Jefferson County PUD Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting from 10:00am-12:00pm on Dec 1st\, 2020 to hear presentations on the Shine Plat LUD No. 17 and the possible sale of PUD property. The Board may take action by adopting a Resolution fixing the date for the Hearing on the formation of LUD No. 17. Public comment period will be provided at the Special meeting. The meeting will then dismiss into Executive Session to consider two separate topics: RCW 42.30.110 (b)\, to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price\, and the second topic will be pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1) (g)\, to evaluate and review the performance of a public employee. \nNOTE: Per Governor’s Proclamation 20-28\, and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic\, Jefferson County PUD will no longer be providing an in-person room for meetings of the BOC. All meetings will only be accessible remotely via WEBEX until we have further information on anymore extensions\, by Governor Order. \nGo to jeffpud.my.webex.com/meet/JPUD and follow the instructions to join the meeting online.
