Restoration Wrap Up and a Request to Call In

As we move into the final restoration phase from this major wind event we need to appeal to our customers to once again call us to report any remaining outages. Due to the widespread nature of the storm, there are likely small, even individual service connections that remain out that we may not know about. If you have called in to report an outage through a customer service representative, we’ll have you logged into our system and our dispatch personnel will be aware of your situation. However, regardless of whether you have called in to report your outage, if you are still out, we want you to call in again. This will give us greater certainty as to who remains out and will help us get your power restored as soon as possible.

Areas we know of that are still out:
a. Port Ludlow streets (Montgomery Lane, Baldwin Lane, Jefferson Avenue)
b. Port Townsend streets (Rosewood Street, R Street, S Street)
c. No Name Road (off Beaver Valley)
d. Alder Street (Paradise Bay)
e. Nebel Drive (Gardiner)
f. Country Meadow Road (Center Valley)
g. Donald Street (Coyle)

Crews are either working in or toward these locations now or in the coming hours. Even if you are in these areas, if your power is still out, we want to hear from you at (360) 385-5800, and if you are not in these areas we definitely need to hear from you. Customer service representatives or after hours dispatch will be available to take your call. As always, crews will continue to work through the night to get everyone back online. And many thanks to our customers for your support, kind words and your patience. With your help, we can everyone restored and back to normal before the weekend.
